About Us

My Choice Supports

We began from a foundation of compassion, and a desire for true partnership

After spending many years in the NDIS and mental health space, the founders of My Choice Supports understand that your needs are individual and unique. And that an NDIS plan can provide a platform for allowing your uniqueness to shine.

We consistently refine the service we offer to each individual and grow alongside the people we support. We take pride in partnering with people to provide innovative solutions towards living the life they want to live.

2019 was our official launch and we have grown and learned a great deal from this journey.

In that time, we are proud to have built our team of amazingly talented, dedicated and passionate professionals. We work hard to achieve our reputation of dedicated individuals who strive for the best outcome for all the people we work with.

Our Mission

Maximising the potential of all the people we work with, through true partnership which supports co-designed and sustainable solutions.

Our Vision

A community where everyone has the opportunity to live life, their way.

Our Values

We have a strong collaborative focus with Participants in the co-design of their service

We have positive, caring interactions with Participants to deliver high quality services and supports

We deliver creative solutions, to meet the needs of Participants and stakeholders, which align with quality and safeguarding principles.

Our Experienced Team

Each member of our team is hand chosen because of their skills, values and desire to provide a quality experience for all NDIS participants. All have experience supporting people within person centred approaches, and can work with people living across all disability types.
