My Choice Supports’ organisational response – COVID 19

My Choice Supports is taking the risk of the spreading COVID 19 very seriously and continue to keep up to date with relevant information relating to this changing environment.

Our priority is to keep business running smoothly to ensure the Participants we support continue to get the level of service they require. To do this, we have activated our Pandemic Response Plan, which means, all non-essential work with participants and providers will be conducted remotely as much as possible, until further notice. This is a temporary move from face to face meetings to online or telephone communication, which will also apply to how we work alongside our external providers.

We are dedicated to working through the development of individual support plans with all of of the Participants we support, around current safety and health maintenance plans as well as contingency plans for advancements of the restrictions in the community as a result of COVID-19. We will continue to work with other providers, keep up to date with events and find innovative ways to best support people to meet the goals in their plan safely.

We take our duty of care towards Participants, staff and everyone we work with very seriously and we will continue to do what we can to contain the spread of this virus.
