Understanding Provider Endorsements 

Today’s quick tip is about understanding which providers must be endorsed in the participants’ PACE portal.

If these providers aren’t endorsed, they won’t get paid!

Endorsement is crucial for providers drawing from agency-managed funding. If funds are plan-managed, providers simply send their invoices directly to the plan manager for payment.

Providers That Need Endorsement

2. Behaviour Support Practitioners:

3. Home and Living Providers and 

4. Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) Providers:

To streamline the process, it’s best to endorse all four types of providers in one call to the NDIA when you have a new PACE plan.
