What is Support Coordination?

Support Coordination is an NDIS funded support designed to assist you to better understand your NDIS plan, and to assist you to navigate your support options.

It is not always easy to understand which services will suit you best. A My Choice Supports Coordinator will help you to navigate the best options so you can choose the supports that are right for you.

At My Choice Supports, we use our combined knowledge of supports and services, to help you understand your plan and find the right service providers to help you achieve your goals. We do the groundwork for you so your plan can come to life!
