What is Support Coordination?

Support Coordination is an NDIS-funded support. It helps you understand your plan and find services that fit your goals and your life.

It is not always obvious which providers will work for you. A My Choice Supports coordinator helps you sort the options so you can choose, rather than being pushed toward a service that does not fit.

We help you unpack the plan, find the right people, and then stay with you to review how it is going. We do the groundwork so the plan can actually be used.
